How to use
Open a file
– Tap Open and choose a chord chart (text, PDF, or image). Text files and text-based PDFs work best. Text from images or scanned PDFs may not be read correctly.
Or enter chords
– Paste or type a chord chart in the Input area. Output updates as you edit.
Transpose
– Choose the key shift. Chords in Output are converted.

Your files stay on your device
– Chord charts you open or type are processed only in your browser. They are never uploaded to a server. This app has no accounts, cookies, ads, or analytics.
Libraries from a CDN
– When you open a PDF or an image, the PDF.js and Tesseract.js libraries and OCR language data are downloaded from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). As with any website, jsDelivr receives your IP address and browser information. Your file is not sent.
Data saved in your browser
– To work offline, the app and the OCR language data are saved in your browser's storage. You can delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Server logs
– This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Standard access logs (such as IP address, time, and the requested page) are kept for operation and security.
